​1x1 Coaching Sessions
In our 1x1 meditation coaching sessions I teach you how to develop and use the tools of meditation and mindfulness to help you thrive in your life, whatever the circumstances. Whether you're new to meditation or experienced, our coaching sessions can have a huge impact on your personal progress in every area of your life.
​Womens Mindfulness Workshops in partnership with Ampelis
Join me and fellow mindfulness instructor Kim Stoddard for virtual mindfulness workshops where we explore the different tools of meditation and mindfulness from a Christian perspective. We show you the science behind the tools and teach you how to use them. Workshops are offered in the Spring and Fall.
In Person Workshops
My in-person mindfulness workshops are for those who prefer to learn and practice meditation in an in-person group setting. Gather your group of friends or neighbors for a 12-week workshop where you will connect with each other on a deeper level, support each other in your healing journeys, and learn the tools of mindfulness in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Personalized Guided Meditations
One of my favorite things is to prepare a personalized meditation for an individual. You tell me about what you are struggling with, and I will create a meditation just for you to help you create what you need most.
*Both secular and Christian experiences are offered.
My Story
Again, I found myself walking out of my daughter's room, frustrated and in tears. She was in tears too. But the sad part was, I knew it was me. She was just a little girl with big feelings...and I was not being the model and example she needed. Why did this keep happening? I had tried everything: read parenting articles, talked to friends, studied scripture, and prayed to God...a lot. But it just seemed like nothing I was doing with her was making much of a difference. This feeling was typical in other areas of my life too. I was trying my hardest but still felt stressed and like my feelings were out of my control much of the time.

Enter in Meditation and Mindfulness. A friend invited me to join her in a 40-day mediation challenge which created an awakening within me. I felt that this was a way to tap into greater peace and power that I was not currently accessing - a way to bring together what I had learned about God and Jesus and put it into real life application.
I then spent the next 3 years learning, experimenting, certifying as a meditation and mindfulness practitioner, and experiencing the incredible power that comes from the tools of Mindfulness and Meditation. I learned that the peace and power of Jesus Christ IS accessible. That we CAN heal. We CAN change our brains. And we CAN improve our lives in simple and incredible ways.
It has been a joy working with so many women these past few years, watching their lives improve in simple and dramatic ways as they have used the tools of Mindfulness and Meditation to help them access the power of Jesus Christ and thrive in their womanhood.
